Participant Fees
The ICCST 2009 registration fee for Speakers, IEEE Members, and IEEE Non-Members includes the attendance at the conference, a copy of the printed proceedings, other conference materials, a ticket to the Welcome Reception, attendance at the Conference Dinner on Wednesday October 7, 2009, light lunches on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday served in the restaurant area, refreshments during breaks and the use of the conference facilities.
The undergraduate students can register for a reduced student fee, which includes all of the above. A valid student identification card must be presented at the registration desk.
The accompanying person fee includes tickets to the conference, a ticket to the Welcome Reception and attendance at the Conference Dinner on Wednesday October 7, 2009.
Exhibitors fee includes an exhibition stand including electricity, lighting, table and two tickets for the Conference Dinner on Wednesday October 7, 2009. Additionally, you have the possibility to present your company logo on our website.

Please note that your registration will be completed with the payment of the conference fee. The rate is defined by the payment date.
Cancellation Policy
All requests for refunds must be in writing or email. No refund will be given after September 7, 2009. There will be a CHF 100.00 service charge on all refunds.
