Paper Submission (CLOSED)

Preparation and Submission of Final Camera-Ready Paper

All submitted papers will be published in the IEEE Conference Proceedings. Please note that you have to pay the registration fee as a prerequisite for publication in the printed Conference Proceedings. The Conference Proceedings will be included in the IEEE Interactive Electronic Library (IEL) as part of IEEE Xplore. All authors who have been accepted must register for the conference and attend the conference to present their paper. Authors who do not attend the conference to present their papers, or arrange for a co-author or knowledgeable colleague to present their paper in the absence of the primary author, will not have their paper published in the IEEE IEL and IEEE Xplore, per latest IEEE policy."

Original unpublished papers of up to 8 pages are invited for full paper submission. The manuscripts must be written in English. Full papers should present previously-unpublished, original results that are not simultaneously submitted elsewhere.

Please use the paper templates to prepare the camera-ready paper.

Please go to the IEEE PDF eXpress site on the link "New Users - Click Here" and fill in your information. You will need the Conference ID which is: iccst09x

Authors set up IEEE PDF eXpress accounts, through which they perform all site functions. Authors are then encouraged to check their self-made PDFs, to submit files for conversion to PDF, and to get help if needed from our experienced IEEE PDF Support team. PDF Support will help authors using IEEE PDF eXpress, authors trying to create PDFs themselves, conference organizers producing front matter and other materials, and vendors trying to provide similar services.

Please read through this information carefully, and contact pdfsupport@ieee.org with any questions.

What do you need to submit?

We need the source files (LaTeX files with all associated style files, special fonts and eps or bib files in a zip or rar archive file, or Word files) and the pdf files. They can be submitted online using the password you received with your initial registration.
