Your Presentation

Oral Presentation

Presentation duration of a talk during one of the sessions is 20 minutes. Please prepare your presentation to be 15 minutes so there will be 5 minutes left for questions and answers. When you are preparing a Power Point presentation a rule of thumb reckons with approximately 1 slide per minute (usually, less is more). Please bring your presentation on a USB stick or other portable data medium and contact the appropriate session chair or Saskia Steiner anytime before your session so that the presentation can be loaded on the laptop and tested. The laptop runs MS Office on Windows XP.

Poster Presentation

For a poster presentation please prepare your poster in DIN A0 format (preferably upright). Posters can be hung up on Wednesday during lunch time or the afternoon coffee break.
